The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) program teaches students the interrelationships among the different functional areas of business such as economics, human resource management and marketing management. The program is designed to help students develop their critical and analytical thinking, human relations, communication, quantitative, and technical skills which are all needed to successfully serve as business leaders in both public and private sectors. Since the course is multi-disciplinary, graduates may pursue careers as entrepreneurs and visionaries in financial, marketing, resource development, academe and industrial sectors.
