The Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) program prepares students to be globally competitive in the various segments of the hospitality industry that include but not limited to food and beverage, lodging, leisure and recreation, culinary and meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE), through the integration of culminating activities, stay-and-learn program, industry immersion, on-the-job training and research. The curriculum outlines the enhancement of skills and competencies in guest relations, front and back-of-the-house operations, creative and critical thinking, and entrepreneurship.
